Yoga Teacher Training

Our Yoga Teacher Training program has been accredited as a Registered Yoga School by Yoga Alliance since 2006. It is one of the first yoga training programs featuring traditional practices utilizing contemporary adaptations. This training is open to the public and is useful for developing yoga teachers as well as dedicated students wanting to add depth, research, and insightful understanding to their already stable practice.

The training features an online component that can represent anywhere from 50-100% of the training. We call it a “hybrid” because you do part of it online, and part of it in class. If you do not want to attend any classes in person, you can graduate by taking the entire program online; if you do this you will want to utilize the guidance of monthly zoom sessions with your lead instructor.

  • Online materials are supplemental to in class training and are included in the tuition fee.

    • Books are not included.

    • The course can be taken completely online or as a hybrid (online + in person). To attend the course online or as a hybrid (online + in person) simply mention this to your advisor and they will go over the steps to complete the course entirely online with you.

    • There is no difference in terms of certification if you attend online or in person; it is the same 200 hour certification regardless of format.

    • In Person training sessions are posted in the Class Schedule. You may attend as many or as few (or none) as you would like as they are designed to be supplemental to the online content.

    • Apply by paying for the course. Once you pay, a staff member will reach out to you with next steps. If you have questions please contact us.
