Our space comes equipped with:

  • Approximately 400 Square Feet of open space.

  • An assortment of basic props (blankets, bolsters, straps, mats, blocks, chairs, etc.).

  • A basic electric heater.

  • 2nd floor space in downtown Lewiston so you get the location without too much street noise.

  • Clean space with weekly cleaning schedule provided by ownership.

  • Bathroom (located in common area on 2nd floor).

  • Foyer room so you can check in guests/students prior to entering the space.

  • Bluetooth Speaker that also has a headphone type jack as well to plug into a laptop, phone, etc.

  • Beautiful skylight that provides ample natural light during the day.

  • Big windows that can open to let in fresh air.

  • Simple and effective solution to your class in a proven event space with good energy and a lasting tradition of community gatherings.

  • Be a part of a historic event space.

Unfortunately our space does have some down sides (nobody’s perfect!):

  • Not handicap accessible (must walk up one full flight of stairs to access space)

  • We only offer street parking

  • You must provide your own payment processing, booking and appointment systems, and so forth.

  • Any space not marked on this calendar below is available (Yay!) but reserve it quick or someone else could snatch it up.

Current Rental Rates (Starting September 1st, 2024):

  • $25/hour during peak times of 5-9pm on weeknights.

  • $20/hour during off-peak times (all times aside from weeknights 5-9pm).
